To Be Sick or Not to Be Sick, That is the Question...

     I have been sick with the same sinus infection for 3 weeks and while I hate being sick, it has always been a trait of mine to still fight on and try to have a sense of humor about things. Oh my it's been hard lately. My doctor finally had me sent the ER to have a lumbar puncture to check for meningitis.

     Thank God I do not have meningitis, but that means I have to probably deal with being sick for a few more weeks. Oh well...

     I had a fantastic doctor and nurse at the ER. My RN was Paxton. He works at North Central Baptist Hospital. Everyone should pray they get someone like him. He talked with me through the whole procedure; which by the way hurts as much as having baby.. He gave me tons of good drugs when they were done. What an angel. Oh and the best part of all? He took pictures of my brain juice for all my friends on my blog and Facebook.
